🚚 Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and may require a signature upon delivery unless stated otherwise.

🚛 Freight & Oversized Shipments
Items that exceed standard carrier size limits will ship via freight (LTL).
Important details:

Freight shipments require inspection and a signature upon delivery.

Deliveries to HI, AK, PR, APOs, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may incur extra fees.

All products are shipped from authorized AutoHouseSupply distribution centers or trusted partner warehouses.
📦 Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please follow these steps right away:

Contact AutoHouseSupply within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Keep all original packaging and shipping materials.

Take photos of the packaging and the damaged contents.

Make a list of damaged or missing items.

If the driver doesn’t allow inspection, note “Subject to Inspection” on the Bill of Lading and have them sign it.
Once we receive your report, our team will coordinate pickup or inspection with the carrier. Do not return items without written authorization from AutoHouseSupply.
After inspection, we’ll contact you regarding repair, replacement, or credit options.
⚠️ Note: Once you’ve signed for a freight shipment, AutoHouseSupply and the shipping carrier are released from liability for any unreported damages. Always inspect your shipment before signing.
🌍 International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Any additional charges incurred during import are the buyer’s responsibility.

Fees from refused or returned international shipments will be billed to the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Coverage begins once your order ships and ends upon confirmed delivery.
Claims must be filed within 72 hours of the delivery date listed by the carrier.
To cancel your Shipping Protection before your order ships, contact our team for a full refund of the plan cost.
In rare cases, AutoHouseSupply may request a police report or notarized statement for stolen package claims.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether you ordered the wrong part or received a damaged item, our team is here to help.
General Return Guidelines

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required.

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Products that are installed, modified, or used cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items include:

Wheel & tire packages

Clearance or scratch-and-dent products

Items that have been installed or altered
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
📬 Return Shipping & Fees
If the return is due to a customer error (wrong item, no longer needed, etc.):

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A $10 processing fee per item and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
If AutoHouseSupply made an error (wrong or defective product), we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns unless you choose store credit or an exchange.
💳 Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Affirm, etc.).

If unavailable, refunds may be issued via ACH transfer or store credit.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after return approval.

Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on any AutoHouseSupply product.
🔧 Core Deposits
Some parts include a refundable core charge. To receive a refund:

Cores must be rebuildable and match the product sold.

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.
-
Non-rebuildable or incomplete cores will not be refunded.
🚫 Free Shipping Disclaimer
Free shipping promotions apply only to standard ground delivery within the 48 contiguous United States.
Oversized, freight, or international shipments may incur additional charges.
If an item under a free-shipping promotion is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
