Shipping policy
Shipping of your order:
Fast shipping is our priority, but this may be dependent on the warehouse/logistics we use for fulfillment. Most of our in-house stock, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, even within an hour of receiving it. Our standard fulfillment days are twice a week, typically on Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday, but we may fulfill orders on other days, including weekends.
Orders fulfilled using our 3rd party vendors may take up to 3-5 business days to process and shipping times may vary domestically and internationally. We will do our best to keep up with estimated delivery times and clearly state them on our delivery estimate for select items.
Please be advised that for credit card purchases, we are only able to ship to an address that can be verified with your credit card company. In case you want to ship to a different address than your billing address, it is mandatory to add your shipping address to your credit card account before placing your order with us. We highly recommend adding your shipping address beforehand to expedite the address verification process. Failure to add your shipping address may result in a delay in order processing as we won't be able to verify your identity. To add your shipping address, kindly contact your credit card company's customer service and ask them to "add an alternate shipping address to the notes section" of your account. Please note that while most credit card companies facilitate this process, some debit card banks may not allow it, which could prevent you from shipping to an address other than your billing address. Please understand that we prioritize the security of our customers, which is why we cannot ship to an unverified address.
In some instances, our shopping cart will not accurately calculate shipping costs properly. If there is an issue with your order’s shipping calculation please contact us at support@Autohousesupply.com with your concern with “Shipping Calculation” in the subject line and we will assist you on a case-by-case basis as needed.
Shipping of body kits, international shipments, and anything shipped with an LTL courier:
It is imperative that you carefully review and comprehend these terms if you are placing an order for large products (such as body pieces like bumpers, hoods, doors, trunks, etc.), motors, shortblocks, longblocks, and other similar items that will be shipped with an LTL (Lighter Than Load) courier. Similarly, if you are an international customer planning to purchase from us, it is crucial that you review these terms as well.
Unlike UPS and FedEx, LTL and International couriers require you to sign a legal contract, such as a waybill or other form, which acknowledges that the products have arrived undamaged and that neither you nor the shipper will make any claim for damage at a later time. It is essential that you thoroughly inspect every package and each part before affixing your signature to the document. AutoHouseSupply cannot be held liable (financially or otherwise) if you or someone on your behalf signs for a package and later discovers that it was damaged in transit. In such cases, no refunds, partial refunds, or product replacements will be given. This also applies if someone else signs on your behalf, such as your spouse, friend, family member, co-worker, or agent (e.g., body shop, mechanic, tuning shop). Ultimately, it is your responsibility to inspect the items before signing the document, with no exceptions. If any damage is detected, you must contact us immediately before signing anything. AutoHouseSupply will not be responsible for any damage caused by your failure to inform us.
Cancellations made within 1 week of purchase will incur a 5% fee. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you receive a shipped product you do not want, you may return it or refuse the shipment according to our return policies. Please note that orders labeled as "Special Order" cannot be canceled.
Shipping to Canada and Mexico:
Additional fees (brokerage, customs, taxes, etc.) will be charged to you by the shipping company (FedEx, UPS, Postal Service, DHL, etc.) when we ship to you in Canada or Mexico. You will be responsible for paying these fees at the time you receive the parts or when they are billed to you later. Failure to pay the fees will result in the shipping company billing us, and we will charge your credit card immediately for the entire amount plus a 25% service charge. If you request it, we will provide you with the bill we received from the shipping company on your behalf. We strongly recommend paying the fees directly to the shipping company to avoid the 25% service charge. We will email you a copy of the invoice if you have provided us with your email address.
Shipping outside North America:
Please e-mail support@Autohousesupply.com with your potential order, your complete address, and any questions you have. We are happy to assist you in getting parts to your door. We ship all parts on our website anywhere in the world!
You, the customer, are responsible for ALL import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT (where applicable), Customs fees, storage fees (if you delay paying or paperwork requirements), delivery fees to your door (if you choose Airport delivery from AutoHouseSupply), airport handling fees, paperwork fees, and any and all other charges and fees in regards to clearing your parts through customs of your country and paying your country’s related taxes.
