Crafted from lightweight and robust carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials, each GTC Series airfoil incorporates pre-pregnated woven carbon fiber sheets for exceptional strength and reduced weight. These airfoils are manufactured using advanced pre-pregnated composite processes, including high-temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging techniques, within precision aluminum billet molds.
The wing is supported by 10mm "aircraft grade" 6061 billet aluminum pedestals, finished in a sleek flat black powder coat.
