Each GT Series airfoil is constructed from lightweight and durable carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. These airfoils incorporate pre-preg woven carbon fiber sheets for exceptional strength and low weight. All CFRP airfoils are meticulously crafted using pre-preg composite manufacturing processes (high-temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging) in high-quality aluminum billet molds.
Every GT-250 wing includes pre-installed Gurney flaps, crafted from lightweight pre-preg carbon fiber for enhanced performance.
