Compact Body
As with conventional products, the compact body design has realized the smallest controller size in the history of the "SBC" series.Â
A three-piece structure consisting of a controller, CPU unit, and solenoid valve supports a variety of mounting positions.Â
The controller uses a high-quality matte black body color and a newly developed VA liquid crystal display.Â
Display with a combination of 7 segments and bar graphs and simple operation with 3 buttons are possible.
Boost Controller Function
Employs a boost pressure control algorithm that has a proven track record in conventional products.Â
Combined with a single solenoid valve that supports high flow rates, boost control with high stability is achieved.Â
Quick rise to the target boost pressure, reduction of overshoot, and suppression of boost drop (sag).Â
On the display side, the display supports up to 3.00kPa (43.5PSI), so it can be used for a wide range of boost from normal cars to high-boost cars.Â
The DUTY value (the value that determines the maximum boost pressure) can be set for each of the four channels, “M-1” and “M-2” for “Low” and “High” respectively.Â
Since the GAIN value (the value that determines the rise of boost) can be set for each channel, boost control can be performed according to your preference.Â
Furthermore, by setting the P-GAIN value, it is possible to automatically read the point where the boost pressure has passed the peak and control the boost pressure to stabilize.Â
Of course, in addition to the familiar real-time boost meter display, a peak hold function, warning function, boost limiter function, andÂ
scramble boost function are also standard.

  • Newly developed VA LCD panel has been utilized to create better visibility. Compared with the previous model, the new display allows higher contrast and greater viewing angle.
  • The product includes a 12mm thick controller (at its thinnest location), boost controller unit, and a high precision solenoid valve. Flexible installation is made possible due to the three-piece composition.
  • Within the LOW and HIGH manual setting, a separate M-1, M-2 regulatory channels are equipped.
  • DUTY, GAIN, P-GAIN can be set for each of the channels.
  • The optimum setting for a diverse range of driving conditions can be memorized.
  • Stable boost is maintained due to the newly updated regulatory algorithm.
  • Maximum boost pressure of up to 3.00×100kPa（43.5PSI）can be safely managed.
  • The product includes functions such as real time boost, peak hold, warning, boost limiter, and scramble boost.
  • The scramble boost function can be accessed by installing the separately sold Remote Switch.
  • The Remote Switch can also be used to change the channel as well.
