This Hydroformed BORLA SwitchFire X-Pipe is designed to replace the Merge X-Pipe in BORLA Cat-Back Systems for '18-'25 Mustang GT/ '24-'25 Mustang Dark Horse. By using Hydroforming in the manufacturing process we are able to have a lower profile on this part than a conventional SwitchFire X-Pipe. This SwitchFire X-Pipe is 21.1" Long x 7.8" Wide x 5" High, with 2.75" O.D. Inlet and 3" I.D. Outlet. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA'S patented SwitchFire design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance. The result is an aggressive custom sound and improved power. Each SwitchFire X-Pipe is built from premium, high-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel, superior to T-400 series knockoffs (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow & power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit.
