Capristo Exhaust Valved Muffler (ECE) for OEM Tips (CES3) For Porsche 536 Cayenne Turbo 2019+
This ECE Approved Valved Muffler is designed to deliver the same performance and quality as our full system while utilizing the stock mid-pipes. This configuration is essential for passing ECE certification, offering a slightly milder sound since the stock middle resonator box is retained.
The iconic CAPRISTO Valved Exhaust System combines the best of both worlds by producing an aggressive exhaust note under acceleration and a more subdued sound for city driving. This is achieved through vacuum-actuated valve flaps that open and close based on driving conditions and driver input. At lower engine speeds and during cruise operation, the valves remain closed, creating a deeper exhaust note. However, at wide-open throttle, the valves open, releasing the full symphony of the engine.
The exhaust valves are backpressure-controlled and can be user-programmed via the included CES-3 Control Module. The programmable control unit offers three modes, operated via a remote key fob:

Cruise Mode: Exhaust valves open at higher RPMs.

Sport Mode: Exhaust valves open at lower RPMs and during hard acceleration.

Open Mode: Exhaust valves remain open.
Both Cruise and Sport modes can be individually programmed for specific backpressure allowances, providing precise control over the exhaust note based on the driver's preferences.
CAPRISTO Exhaust systems are meticulously engineered and manufactured in Germany using advanced 3D laser scanning, CAD design, digital prototyping, and CNC bending/milling. Each system is crafted from high-grade T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, hand-polished to a mirror finish. This specific alloy was chosen for its excellent sonic resonance properties, low weight, and durability, closely matching the characteristics of Inconel used in F1 racing.
