Overview: The Capristo Valved Exhaust System enhances your C6 Corvette by providing an aggressive exhaust note under acceleration and a more subdued sound for city driving. This system offers flexibility with its valve control options and is engineered for optimal performance.

Valve Operation:
- Vacuum-Actuated Valve Flaps: Open and close based on driving conditions and driver input.
- Closed Valves: At lower engine speeds and during cruising, valves are closed for a deeper exhaust note.
- Open Valves: At wide-open throttle, valves open to release the full symphony of the engine.
Control Options:
- For C6 with NPP Option:
  - ECU-Controlled Valves: The valve operation is controlled by the onboard ECU, functioning the same way as the original exhaust system. The OEM vacuum pipes fit directly into the Capristo valve system.
- For C6 without NPP Option:
  - CES-3 Programmable Control Module (Sold Separately): This optional module allows for manual control of the exhaust valves via a remote key fob. It provides 3 modes:
    - Cruise Mode: Valves open at higher RPMs.
    - Sport Mode: Valves open at lower RPMs and during hard acceleration.
    - Open Mode: Valves remain open at all times.
  - Programmable: Both Cruise and Sport modes can be individually programmed for specific backpressure allowances to tailor the exhaust sound to personal preferences.
