This CAPRISTO Exhaust system is compatible with the following vehicles:
- Porsche 997.1 Turbo/Turbo S
- Porsche 997.1 GT2/GT2RS
The iconic CAPRISTO Valved Exhaust System provides an ideal balance, delivering an aggressive exhaust note during acceleration while offering a more subdued sound for city driving. This versatility is achieved through vacuum-actuated valve flaps that open and close based on driving conditions and driver input. At lower engine speeds and during cruising, the valves remain closed, producing a deeper exhaust note. When the throttle is wide open, the valves open to release the full symphony of the engine.
The exhaust valves are controlled by backpressure and can be programmed by the user via the included CES-3 Control Module. The module offers three modes, operated through a remote key fob:
- Cruise: Exhaust valves open at higher RPMs.
- Sport: Exhaust valves open at lower RPMs and during hard acceleration.
- Open: Exhaust valves remain open.
Both the Cruise and Sport modes can be individually programmed for specific backpressure settings, allowing precise control based on the driver's preferences.
CAPRISTO Exhaust systems are meticulously engineered and manufactured at our factory in Germany, utilizing advanced 3D laser-scanning, CAD design, digital prototyping, and CNC-bending/milling. Each system is crafted from high-grade T309 (1.4828) stainless steel and hand-polished to a mirror finish. This specific alloy was selected for its sonic resonance properties, lightweight, and durability, closely matching the properties of Inconel used in F1 racing.

- Replacing your OEM catalytic converters may trigger a CEL (Check Engine Light). To disable a recurring CEL, you will need to tune the ECU or use O2 sensor extensions
