This High Performance Racing Exhaust System by CAPRISTO is designed exclusively for the Porsche Cayman 986 & 987 (up to 2009).
The CAPRISTO high-performance system is engineered to enhance power, driveability, and sound quality, while also significantly reducing weight. It adheres to CAPRISTO’s philosophy of offering the best of both worlds: an aggressive exhaust note under acceleration and a more subdued sound for everyday driving.

Vacuum-Actuated Valve Flaps: These valves open and close based on driving conditions and driver input. They remain closed at lower engine speeds and during cruising for a deeper exhaust note, and open at wide-open throttle to unleash the full engine symphony.

Backpressure-Controlled Valves: The included Valve Controller Remote allows you to control the flaps manually. You can set the valves to open permanently or let the in-series control unit take over when the system is closed. This provides precise control based on your preferences.

Advanced Engineering: CAPRISTO exhaust systems are crafted using advanced 3D laser scanning, CAD design, digital prototyping, and CNC-bending/milling. Each system is made from high-grade T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, hand-polished to a mirror finish. This alloy was selected for its excellent sonic resonance, low weight, and durability, closely resembling Inconel used in F1.
