Dinan's Free Flow Axle-Back Exhaust System for the BMW 440i is designed to enhance both performance and sound. By reducing back pressure, the exhaust system increases power output while delivering a sporty sound that is refined for everyday driving but becomes exhilarating under hard acceleration. The exhaust system also adds those much-loved burbles and pops, giving the car a more dynamic character.
A Helmholtz chamber is incorporated to mitigate the unwanted drone at low RPMs, ensuring a quieter cabin experience when cruising. Made from 100% 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, the exhaust system is designed for durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring it lasts for years. The system also features twin 89mm (3.5") polished or ceramic black exhaust tips that give the vehicle a tasteful, high-performance look.
