Dinan engineers designed the F10 BMW 535i Free Flow Axle-Back Exhaust to enhance exhaust flow by reducing backpressure, which results in increased power output and a sportier sound. The exhaust delivers a refined tone during normal driving, while it becomes more aggressive under hard acceleration. To maintain a comfortable cabin environment, Dinan incorporated a Helmholtz chamber design that significantly reduces drone at low RPMs.
This system is meticulously built from 100% 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance over time. The exhaust features twin 89mm (3.5") laser-engraved exhaust tips, available in polished stainless steel or ceramic black, for a high-performance aesthetic. Designed to fit seamlessly, it utilizes the factory brackets and hangers for straightforward installation. The factory computer-controlled exhaust valve is eliminated, optimizing airflow at all times.
