Dinan engineers developed the F30 BMW 340i and F32 BMW 440i Free Flow Axle-Back Exhaust to enhance exhaust flow by reducing back pressure, leading to improved power output and a dynamic, sporty sound. This system is designed to strike a balance between civility during daily driving and an aggressive tone under hard acceleration. Additionally, the signature burbles and pops that come with the exhaust sound are captivating for enthusiasts. To maintain comfort inside the cabin, Dinan incorporates a Helmholtz chamber to mitigate drone at low RPMs.
Built to exact specifications for perfect fitment using the factory hangers, the system is crafted from 100% 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, offering excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The exhaust exits through twin 89mm (3.5") laser-engraved exhaust tips, available in polished stainless or ceramic black for a sleek and performance-oriented aesthetic. The factory computer-controlled exhaust valve is removed to optimize airflow throughout.
