A five-minute automatic shutoff helps preserve battery life.The included adapter mounts the lamp to compatible Toyota factory bed accessory rails and allows positioning along the rail. A compatible rail is required. Compatibility with other accessory rail systems has not been confirmed.The lamp illuminates tools, tie-downs, and cargo inside the bed, including areas where a tonneau cover or bed rack limits overhead light. It operates independently of the ignition and factory cargo lights.Construction includes a polycarbonate lamp and EPDM rubber end cap, with an IP55K intrusion rating and an operating temperature range of -40 to 50 degrees C.
