A true custom stainless steel spherical bushing captured inside a precision machined 6061‑T6 aluminum cup, anodized in our signature Midnight Navy for corrosion resistance. Our true ultra-low friction spherical interface stays consistent hot, cold, and under load.

We pair the assembly with our precision machined 6061 misalignment spacers, anodized in our Titan Frost finish to match the rest of your HRD hardware. The 6061 alloy is chosen on purpose for this interface: it offers excellent bearing support and resists galling in long‑term contact with stainless, where 7075 or titanium can be too hard and prone to fretting.
