Material: Steel
The reed valve of the T-REV system body constantly vibrates with the pulsation of the engine and is a consumable item that needs to be replaced regularly.
The overhaul kit is a set of
-reed valve
-reed valve guide
-packing, gasket, O-rings
.
If the valve deteriorates and the decompression becomes poor, the effect of T-REV cannot be exhibited.
It is recommended to replace it every 1 to 2 years.

Engine:
Install this product at a maintenance shop designated and certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, which is qualified as a mechanic. Incorrect installation may cause engine damage or oil leakage.
In addition, this product is designed exclusively for the vehicle model. Re-adjustment is required for use with other models and vehicles with changed engines and accessories.
* When replacing the reed valve, be careful not to move the pressure reducing valve (filter base part) of the α system (black part).
* Because the component parts are very small and thin, please be careful not to damage or lose them. |
