The addition of this helps the engine to perform well and better.Â
The R1 performance package for the Mercedes E550 engines includes proprietary ECU upgrade, in addition of proprietary stainless steel shorty headers, this combination that provides huge increases in horsepower, torque and throttle response across the vehicles entire powerband while still maintaining daily driver reliability.
