Description:
The RennTech R1 Performance Package is the perfect entry level performance upgrade for the C209 CLK 550. The R1 performance package for the Mercedes 55 series engine includes our proprietary ECU upgrade in addition to our full carbon fiber airbox upgrade which offers a larger volume of incoming air for better engine breathing and improved cylinder filling.
The R1 performance package increases performance to 385HP and 400TQ at the crank, without sacrificing daily driver comfort or reliability and offer huge gains across the entire RPM range. Due to increased power and boost levels, 93 Octane or higher gasoline has to be used with R1 upgraded RennTech vehicles to avoid damage to the engine. This combination that provides noticeable increases horsepower, torque and throttle response across the vehicles entire powerband while still maintaining daily driver reliability. Â

Please inspect your order immediately. Damage must be reported within 48 hours. For freight/LTL items, if you cannot inspect the contents immediately, please write "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery receipt before signing.

Flexible Returns:

Unused items in brand new, original packaging can be returned within 30 days. While standard refunds incur a 25% restocking fee, we will waive this fee entirely if you choose store credit or an exchange for your next upgrade.

To ensure every customer receives brand new, untampered components, parts that have been installed, modified, or used are non returnable. Custom builds, special orders, and wheel/tire packages are considered final sale.
