The RennTech R1 Performance Package is the perfect entry level performance upgrade for the CLS. The R1 performance package for the Mercedes 550 includes our proprietary ECU upgrade in addition to our stainless steel shorty headers designed specifically for the 550 V8 for a combination that provides increased performance, sound and throttle response across the vehicles entire powerband.
The R1 performance package provides noticeable increases horsepower, torque and throttle response across the vehicles entire powerband while still maintaining daily driver reliability. The addition of the upgradation helps the engine to perform well and better. Â
